Our engineers are qualified to carry out annual gas safety inspections, boiler servicing and remedial works on all gas appliances including LPG.

Our landlord’s gas safety inspection covers up to 3 gas appliances (typically these are boiler, hob and fire).  Our engineers confirm the appliances are safe to use and that they are operating efficiently.
We always recommend a boiler service is carried out to run concurrently with a gas safety inspection.  Although this is not a legal requirement, a service ensures that the boiler can work at peak efficiency, which leads to fewer breakdowns.   This in turn saves you money in the long term.

All of our certificates are created electronically whilst on site.  Our engineers can include photographs of work they have carried out or issues they have found.  We find photographs are a great way of explaining an issue without the need for technical jargon.
